EU4Belarus – SALT (Support for Advanced Learning and Training) is an EU initiative launched to support Belarusian students, lecturers, and researchers affected by repression due to their civic stance in 2020 and beyond, or those at risk. Since 2021, the programme has proven to be highly necessary and has provided significant benefits to its recipients, which is why it is being continued in several phases.

So far, the programme has supported:

• 612 students;

• Over 120 early-career professionals;

• 84 lecturers and researchers;

• 20 initiatives.
