The application must be submitted by filling out this online form and attaching the following documents in PDF format: letter of acceptance, self-certification by Ukrainian scholars or documentation relating to refugee status, Curriculum Vitae, description of the research activities and duration in months of the period of stay, resolution of the Council or Decree of the director of the department / Center of the host University, with which the candidacy is approved and the budget made available is determined.
