The Cluster of Excellence “Religion and Politics: Dynamics of Tradition and Innovation” at the University of Münster has been investigating the complex relationship between religion and politics across epochs and cultures since 2007. In view of the crisis in Ukraine, the Cluster of Excellence “Religion and Politics” at the University of Münster is now awarding with immediate effect five fellowships for academics fleeing Ukraine, Belarus or Russia.
Funding is offered for up to six months. Financial support amounting to 2.100 euros per month will be provided to help such academics fulfill their research tasks and cover their living expenses. The Cluster of Excellence will organize accommodation and use its own funds to cover costs incurred for travel to Münster. In addition, fellows will be provided with a workplace in the Cluster of Excellence, as well as access to its infrastructure. For information on the application procedure please visit the website.
