  • The NIAS Safe Haven Fellowship

    The NIAS Safe Haven fellowship supports scholars, artists, writers and journalists who are not able to do their work in their current location because of the consequences of the war in Ukraine. The call for 2024/25 will be open from 15 January – 18 March 12:00 PM CET.

    Fondation Maison des sciences de l’homme (FMSH)

    FMSH, with the support of the French Ministry of Higher Education and Research, offers short-term fellowships of two or three months in France for postdoctoral researchers from Belarus, Moldova and Russia who have defended their thesis no earlier than 2018. This research stay is designed to enable researchers to conduct research studies in France: field enquiries, library and archives work.

    Canadian Institute of Ukrainian Studies – Awards Portal

    A primary aim of the Canadian Institute of Ukrainian Studies is to foster, develop, and support Ukrainian studies in Canada and internationally. This is done in part by offering or administering postdoctoral fellowships, graduate fellowships (to master’s and doctoral students), and scholarships to undergraduate students. Grants are also awarded to established scholars to support research work that would lead to publications or dissemination of results in other forms.

    CERIC – Call for Post-Docs for Ukrainian Citizens and Residents Affected by the War

    The Central European Research Infrastructure Consortium, CERIC–ERIC, is an integrated multidisciplinary Research Infrastructure whose objective is to contribute to European top-level research and technological development and demonstration programs and projects, thus representing an added value for the development of the European Research Area (ERA). The activities of the Consortium focus on the integration of national multidisciplinary analytical, synthesis and sample preparation capabilities of its Partner Facilities, operating mainly in the Central European Area, into a unique, EU-level Distributed Research Infrastructure, open to researchers at world level.
